Discovering the Art of Events

A Glimpse into My Journey

Greetings from the bustling halls of Inholland University! I'm Lenox Jeffers, currently navigating the exciting challenges of my fourth year, immersed in a captivating minor in event experience right here in Amsterdam.

Embarking on Academic Adventures: My academic story began with a degree in hospitality management, a field that ignited my passion for service and a knack for management. The adventure took me to Nanjing, China, in 2018, where I left a piece of my heart working with the esteemed IHG. From there, my journey unfolded in globally recognized brands like Ikea, Nespresso, Hema, and more, shaping me into a versatile professional with a wealth of industry insights.

Island Boi's Genesis: At the intersection of academic exploration and entrepreneurial dreams stands "Island Boi," my brainchild with five dynamic subsidiaries. This venture embodies my commitment to innovation, reflecting the spirit of a modern entrepreneur with a global perspective.

Navigating the Seas of Event Excellence: Engrossed in the event experience minor, my goals are ambitious and fueled by inspiration. I aim to organize an event that goes beyond the ordinary, leveraging my diverse background to create an experience that lingers in memory. This minor is a key chapter in my journey toward mastery in event management.

The Social Navigator: Behind my reserved demeanor lies a social butterfly, adept at forging connections that transcend the ordinary. I believe in the power of meaningful connections and understand the nuances of curating experiences. With a blend of reserved wisdom and vibrant sociability, I am not just an event manager but a curator of unforgettable moments.

Peering into the Future: As I navigate this final academic year, the horizon is painted with promises of success. Beyond the minor, I envision Island Boi as a symbol of innovation, setting the stage for a new wave of events that captivate and resonate.

In the medley of academic pursuits, professional triumphs, and entrepreneurial dreams, I invite you to join me on this journey at Inholland University.
