As the Marketeer in the Mosaic Events project, my responsibilities encompass a comprehensive examination of the customer journey through three critical exposures: before, during, and after the event. This involves crafting a robust Marketing Communication (MC) plan, which will not only document strategies employed for each phase but also provide valuable insights and recommendations for future marketing endeavors. The MC plan serves as a roadmap, ensuring a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy throughout the event lifecycle.

 

Expert Interview Exploration:

To gain an understanding of the marketeer role, I am privileged to conduct an insightful interview with Anke Kuipers, the Marketing Director of Enterprise Summit. Anke's expertise aligns seamlessly with the responsibilities inherent in my role. This exploration delves into the nuances of Anke's daily routine, challenges faced, required characteristics, knowledge, and skills. The output will present a detailed description of Anke and the specific job, offering a rich tapestry of insights that contribute to a holistic comprehension of the marketeer's role in the professional landscape.

 

Persona Crafting in Infographic Style:

An additional task involves the creation of a persona, a dynamic representation that encapsulates both my personal and professional identity. The persona will be crafted in an infographic style, employing pictograms to convey information in a visually engaging manner. This section aims to provide a concise yet vivid portrayal, offering a snapshot of who I am both personally and professionally.

 

PR-Video Production:

To communicate my identity beyond static elements, a PR-video will be produced. This cinematic representation goes beyond a conventional speech, leveraging dynamic visuals to narrate my story. The video's essence is to capture the essence of me as an individual and as a professional, minimizing verbal content while maximizing visual impact. It is an endeavor to communicate in a way that resonates with the audience, offering a glimpse into my character and professional identity.

The event chosen for analysis is Fiesta Macumba, organized by Maurino Alarcón Seguel. This vibrant celebration promises a fascinating exploration of the marketeer's role in a dynamic and culturally rich event setting.
